Ron Keeth is a Florida native, having grown up in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area.  He currently resides in Naples, FL with his wife, Roberta.

Having appraised residential properties in the Naples/Ft Myers real estate market for over 15 years has provided the kind of exposure needed to render accurate Opinions of Value.  Ron also appraised in the Miami-Dade, Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach areas of Florida as well as the Denver metro market area during his 28 plus years of appraisal practice.

Over the past several years Ron has specialized the Appraisal Review market.  In addition, he continues to work in the Estate Planning and Date of Death appraising as well as 2055's.

He has practiced residential real estate appraisal since 1982, years before federal licensing requirements were established.  Holder of the SRA designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute (please see the SRA designation section) since 1986.  Ron has also earned the RAA designation awarded by the Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors.

Lubbock Christian College granted Ron a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1976.  He later took additional graduate level courses in Business Administration at University of Texas-Perman Basis, University of Texas-Dallas, and North Texas State University.

Continuing his appraisal education, Ron has already met the Florida mandated Continuing Education requirements for the Appraisal Institute's 100+ hour Continuing Education requirements.
